We accept reservations by phone or by internet booking. Please check our reservation calendar before making a booking.
And please make sure you agree to our rules on use before making your reservation.

・Please call between 8:00 and 21:00 (Japan time).
When making an internet booking, you will be sent a reservation confirmation email. Your reservation will not be completed until you have received the confirmation email.
Payment fee
5% consumption tax will be charged separately.For example, the payment fee for one person for one night -2,500 yen -will be 2,625 yen after tax is added.
Payment method
Room charges for the length of your stay must be paid in full upon arrival.
Payments can be made by cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Office hours and Check-in
Reception: Open between 8:00 and 21:00.
Check-in time: Between 15:00 and 20:00. Guests can come to the guest house before 15:00.
※Last check-in is at 20:00 on the day of your reservation. Please note that if we have not heard from you even after 20:00, the reservation will be cancelled.
Guest room hours of use:
Guests can use the guest room after 15：00. (We can hold your luggage if necessary but we cannot store valuables.)
Check-out time:
10:00. Please let us know in advance if you would like to lengthen your stay.
Curfew:
We do not have a curfew or lock-out time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a reservation, please let us know two days before your arrival date. A cancellation fee will be charged if we receive notice of a cancellation on the day of the check-in or on the day before. In the event that we do not receive a cancellation notice, all reservations will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
★Cancellation treatment：Last check-in time is 20:00 on the reservation date. Please note that in the event that the cancellation notice is not received even after 20:00, we cancel the reservation.

Please pay in full the charges for your stay upon arrival. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your reservation during your stay, please let us know two days prior to the date/s you wish to cancel or change. If we receive notice two days prior to the reservation/s being cancelled, the accommodation charges you have paid will be fully refunded.
Rules on use (as of 1 February 2008)
In the event that a guest is unable to observe these rules, the guesthouse may cancel an accommodation agreement.
1. The guest house does not assume responsibility for any errors or problems in respect to transmission of information between the user and our website.
2. In the event that the facilities and/or fixtures of the guest house are damaged due to willful act or error of the guest, the guest shall be billed for compensation of the damages.
3. For safety reasons, we cannot provide accommodation for persons younger than 18 years of age.
4. Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.
5. Room use in excess of the designated number of guests is prohibited, as a general rule. In the event that the use of a room is found to be in excess of the designated number of guests, the guest house will immediately cancel the agreement.
6. Do not engage in commercial activities and/or uses other than lodging within the guest house.
7. Meeting with visitors inside the guesthouse is strictly prohibited.
8. Do not use heating or cooking burners or pressing irons, etc., inside this building.
9. Do not smoke in a guest room or in any place other than the prescribed area.
10. Do not perform any acts that would cause nuisance or displeasure to other guests or neighbors.
11. Do not bring the following articles into the guesthouse.
(i) animals and birds, etc. (except for seeing-eye dogs, etc.),
(ii) chemical stimulants and narcotic drugs of which possession is prohibited by law,
(iii) things that emit an extremely foul odor,
(iv) risky chemicals that are ignitable or easily combustible; gunpowder, volatile oil or hazardous chemicals,
(v) unlicensed firearms, swords and similar articles,
(vi) extremely large numbers of articles,
(vii) a large amount of garbage or articles that would affect the sanitation of the guest room,
(viii) articles of extremely heavy weight,
(ix) articles such as electrical appliances that consume large amounts of electricity,
(x) money or articles regarded by the guesthouse as having high value,
(xi) any other article the introduction to the guest room of which is prohibited by the guesthouse.
12. Do not engage in gambling or acts that disturb the public morals inside the guesthouse and guest room.
13. We do not take any responsibility for a robbery or loss in the guesthouse. Please protect your property.
14. Do not distribute advertising matter to other guests inside the guesthouse.
15. Do not move, alter, remove or use for other purpose of use the facilities and fixtures inside the guesthouse.
16. Do not hang in the window an article that would be damaging to the external appearance of this building.
17. Do not leave possessions in the hallway or lounge, etc.
18. Do not order delivery of food and/or beverages.
19. Do not use the shower room for dyeing or bleaching hair.
20. When there is no special indication otherwise, safekeeping period for lost-and-found items is as follows. From and including the month of discovery, we hold lost-and-found items for up to three months. We hold food, beverages and magazines only until the day following checkout. Depending on the article, there are cases where these shall be reported to the nearest police station on the same day.
21. Guest Room Hours of Use
The hours when the lodging guest can use the guest room are from check-in time until checkout time. In the case of a consecutive stay, excluding the day of arrival and the day of departure, the guest room may be used all day long, outside of the times for cleaning and room preparation.
